STUDIO MORNING CLASS

Classes are 75 minutes long and include elements of: Vinyasa flow, asana workshops, mantras and mudras, pranayama (controlled breathwork), yoga philosophy, restorative poses and a beautiful, guided relaxation (savasana) at the end of class to sooth the nervous system and restore harmony and balance to the body mind and emotions.
