Enter our yoga sanctuary for 90 minutes of nurturing bliss. Restorative yoga is a gift from you to your body, your mind, your heart. This is an invitation to leave all your worries at the door and allow yourself this time to nourish and heal your health and wellbeing. My studio is fully equipped with yoga props as recommended by restorative guru @ashby_anna including the latest additions of gorgeously grounding sandbags.

Classes are 75 minutes long and include elements of: Vinyasa flow, asana workshops, mantras and mudras, pranayama (controlled breathwork), yoga philosophy, restorative poses and a beautiful, guided relaxation (savasana) at the end of class to sooth the nervous system and restore harmony and balance to the body mind and emotions.
